As a member of the In Tha Ruff Record's Street Team, you acknowledge that the promotional materials you are being given are not to be sold, and your only use of such materials will be strictly for promotional purposes (i.e.giving away materials for free to others, sticking up stickers or posters in areas only where you have permission, etc...).

You agree that for each package of promotional materials you receive from us, you will visit our website and submit a feedback form detailing what you did to promote with the materials and how well promotions went. You agree that you will submit feedback for your event within 1-2 weeks after the date of the event. Members who fail to submit feedback within 1-2 weeks after the event will be suspended from the team and will no longer receive promotional materials. If possible, you will also make your best efforts to email us pictures of your promotional efforts, such as people you gave materials to holding the materials, posters or stickers hanging up in high traffic areas, etc... Members who are able to send us pictures will be given preference over members who do not. It is also your responsibility to keep us informed of any new concerts or events that you plan on attending. 

As a member of the In Tha Ruff Record's Street Team, you promise to notify us about any changes in your mailing address, primary email address, or telephone number. You also promise that any such information is true. In the event that we attempt to contact you via email and the email bounces, or if we send you a package containing promotional materials and the package is returned to us as "undeliverable" we reserve the right to temporarily suspend your membership until you update your contact information by sending us an email. You also represent you are 18 years or older, or you have your parent's permission to receive materials from In Tha Ruff Record's Street Team and distribute them within your area.

If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this web site are protected by applicable copyright and trade mark law.
